 Presentation Format
  • Scientific papers (individual or multi-author)
    Short paper: Descriptions of project experiences and further questions;
    presentation time: 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
    Full paper: Including research questions, -methods and –results
    presentation time: 20 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
  • Poster- and project presentations
    During the special interactive project forum, 11 project examples will be presented shortly with max. 3 slides in one minute time. After this short round, all participants of the conference have the opportunity to go to each of the project stand and their lecturers to ask questions and to exchange experiences.
  • Workshops
    Time frame: 3 hours (incl. break). Please inform us as soon as possible about the required equipment for your workshop.
  • E-Portfolio Forum
    Short presentations with closing discussion about E-Portfolios in teaching of design, music and fine arts.

 Language

Contributions can be made in English and German. However, scientific papers only in English.

 

 Publication of paper

Selected papers and poster presentations will be published in the conference proceedings in the Salzburg Research Verlag. EduMedia-Template: here
Full papers: min. 15.000 digits (incl. blank), but not longer than 20.000 digits (incl. blank) by using the template (including references and CV's). 
Short Paper: (best-practice examples, project presentations): min. 7.500 and max. 10.000 digits (incl. blank) by using the template (including references and CV's).

 Regulation
As appreciation of your contributions and engagements, lecturers are relieved from the conference fee (excl. meals and evening event). If you like to present your lecture with a second person, we can offer the student price of € 70,- .
 
 Accommodation
We have already reserved a special contingent of rooms with an exclusive price only for the lecturer directly in St. Virgil Salzburg where the conference takes place.
Single room with breakfast: € 39,50
Douple room with breakfast: € 29,50
All lecturers have also the opportunity to upgrade to half- or full board directly in St. Virgil.
Please inform the conference organisers as soon as possible about your arrival and departure date.
