Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft and St. Virgil Bildungs- und Konferenzzentrum (Education and Conference Centre) invites you to the interdisciplinary conference "Die lernende Organisation 2.0.: Vom Web-2.0-Solisten zur Web-2.0-Jazzband", held in Salzburg on June 23^rd and 24^th.

You will learn something about new trends in the strategy and organisational development, the challenges for enterprises and educational institutions, innovations in the field of competence management 2.0, human resource management 2.0 and change management 2.0. You will get to know best-practice examples, new concepts and tools.

The interactive Internet and the social media (tools) (Web 2.0, social networks) already exist since a couple of years. In many cases only individual members of an insitution or enterprise are involved and mostly Web 2.0 competences are missing. Therefore the communication and management strategies no longer correspond to today's challenges.

A lot of experts like  Dion Hinchcliffe (Founder of the Web2.0 University^TM, Hinchcliffe & Company, USA), Prof. Dr. Klaus North (Wiesbaden Business School, DE), Prof. Dr. Michael Heiss (Siemens AG, AT), Dipl. Oec. Katrin Glatzel (Management Zentrum Witten, DE) and Prof. Dr. Werner Sauter (Blended Solutions GmbH, DE) as well as many other interesting  speakers are talking about advantages, disadvantages, benefits, influence and use of the new Internet technologies for and on the linked learning and acting in organisations.
